We're passionate about Pilates 

We believe Pilates is for everyone. Through precise and purposeful exercises we gain a better understanding and control of our bodies. 


At 'Strength and Glow' we focus on building strong bodies and a sense of wellness from within - what we call 'the glow'.  

Regular practice provides a wealth of physical and mental benefits including:

  • improved posture

  • greater joint mobility

  • increased core strength and stability

  • reduced stress levels

  • increased muscular strength and tone

  • reduced lower back pain


We run a number of mat work classes - full timetable here.

Also available for private 1-1 sessions and small groups by appointment at a time and place to suit you. Sarah will build a tailored programme for your individual needs.
